PaidFast has two plans: Free and Starter. You can start on Free and upgrade whenever you need higher limits or full send automation.

#Free plan
Free is designed to get you invoicing at no cost. You can create up to 5 invoices, 5 customers, and 10 quotations each month, download professional PDF invoices to share yourself, issue receipts, track withholding tax, and share M-Pesa payment links. Documents carry PaidFast branding.
Free is a great fit if you invoice a handful of customers a month and are happy to send documents yourself.
#Starter plan
Starter raises your limits to 30 invoices, 50 customers, and 100 quotations per month, and unlocks the automation that saves you time:
- Custom logo and colours on every document and the portal.
- Email and WhatsApp sending with secure payment links, straight from PaidFast.
- Automated reminders that chase overdue invoices for you.
- Credit notes and account statements.
- Recurring invoices for customers you bill on a schedule.
- PayPal collection where enabled.
#How limits work
Limits are counted per calendar month and reset at the start of each month. If you hit a limit on Free — for example your 6th invoice — PaidFast prompts you to upgrade to Starter to continue.
#Upgrading
Open Settings → Billing (or the Pricing page) and choose Starter. You can apply a coupon at checkout if you have one. See Plans & billing for payment and cancellation details.
Note: The customer portal is available on every plan — your customers can always view and pay their documents online, whichever plan you're on.
