Coupons & discounts
How discount codes work when upgrading to Starter — applying one, and the rules that govern redemption.
Coupons are discount codes you can apply when upgrading to the Starter plan, reducing what you pay at checkout.
#Applying a coupon
- Start a Starter upgrade from Settings → Billing or the Pricing page.
- Enter your coupon code in the discount field at checkout.
- The discount is applied to the amount before you complete payment.
If a code is invalid, expired, or already used up, PaidFast tells you at checkout and you can proceed at the standard price or try another code.
#How coupons work
- A coupon applies a discount to the Starter subscription price at the point of upgrade.
- Each coupon has its own rules — for example an expiry date and a limit on how many times it can be redeemed.
- Coupons are issued by PaidFast; you can't create your own. If you were given a code (for example in a promotion), enter it at checkout.
#Common questions
- My code didn't work. Check for typos, confirm it hasn't expired, and make sure it hasn't already been redeemed the maximum number of times.
- Can I add a coupon after upgrading? Coupons apply at the point of upgrade/checkout. If you've already paid, contact PaidFast support.
- Do coupons stack? Generally one coupon applies per upgrade.
